All boxes are stored in a facility that is used by major corporations to store mission critical and priceless information and data, just like your priceless items. Our archive protects against damage by fire, pests, flood and theft.

How do I get my boxes back?

Retrieval of your boxes is easy. With just a click of the mouse, you can request the return of your boxes and tell us where they should be shipped to: home, resort or any destination. Learn more here.

How do I see what I have stored with ClutterFreeBox?

When you send back your packed boxes, you will also upload a photo or inventory list into your online account. See what you have in storage from home or the office while on the run. No more hunting in the attic late at night!

How much will it cost to get my items back?

ClutterFreeBox™ has a straightforward flat fee for returns: $14.95 per box, no matter where you want the box shipped. Learn more here.

Is my material insured against damage or loss?

Items are often covered under your homeowner's or renter's insurance policy; talk to your agent about provisions for storage of items outside of your residence.

Is there a weight limit to what I can ship?

Our low fees cover 25 lbs. per box. There are additional fees when a box exceeds 25 lbs. Learn more here.

How does billing work?

You pay for your desired term in advance when you sign up (for example, on a 'by the month' plan, you'd be charged one month in advance). If you take advantage of a value-priced multi-year plan, you will pay for the full term of storage when you sign up. Take your time and pack away on your schedule. You can keep those empty cartons and use them until you're ready.
